Trouble downloading a .PDF file?

If you are having trouble downloading any of our PDF files, please try:

1. deleting your internet temp files
2. restarting your computer
3. trying the download link or links again

Also, make sure you have the the latest adobe acrobat reader installed on your computer.  You can download the latest version here:

Please make sure your web browser is updated or try another browser if you're still having issues.
