No. Most supplements and diet pills are a complete waste of money...there is NO "magic pill" that will solve all of your body fat problems or cause you to look like a fitness model in a few days or weeks. Real food is the best thing that fuels your body, but what you specifically eat and how you eat it is the secret.
That being said, there are a few good supplements out there that can help make high quality fat loss nutrition a bit easier on yourself, and we'll share some of those with you through our email newsletter.
John, I have had great Division One football weight trainers and a few years with NFL trainers who make big money and have big ideas but your system is the best I have seen. I have even had Olympic trainers who have come into our NFL camps to talk about what we need to work at and etc... anyway do you have any suggestions on what kind of whey protein or any supplements to purchase. I trust your advice and I will continue to follow your methods and any help with supplements would be appreciated if I need them. I am 57 years old and 6-6 so I am getting crooked and limp more each year from the abuse over the years has caught up to me but again thanks for all your knowledge and Old School is by far the best info out there.
