Feeling soreness in your muscles after starting?


Muscle soreness will be most noticeable in the first week or two, but once your body begins to adjust to this type of workout, the soreness will be rarely noticeable.  (Soreness may also increase when you introduce a new exercise you haven't performed in several weeks or months.)  

You can certainly workout again when sore, but you don't want to workout if it is very painful to do so.  

In that case, take an extra day off (this will only be an issue in the first couple of weeks typically) and if you have any sharp pains or suspect something else is wrong, of course see your doctor.
